Cascadia Wolves: WOLF UNBOUND: Blurb: Werewolf Enforcer Tegan Warden has been alone since the death of her mate four years ago. Until she meets Ben Stoner at a local club and she feels something she thought died inside her. Things move very quickly and she finds herself mated to a human man who’s not altogether sure he wants a forever kind of love with a woman he’s just met.

Ben realizes in short order Tegan is not only worth forever love, but a woman who’ll stand at his side without tolerating anything other than a full partnership.

In the bedroom it’s another story, as Ben has finally found a sexual submissive with a spark, and Tegan a man worthy of her submission. Together they work toward building a permanent relationship even as the specter of danger from the Pellini Group grows in the world of wolves.

All around them, the rising violence threatens the Packs and the only thing they know for certain is one another.

Want a shot at winning this book? Answer the following question in the comments:

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? The worst?

  1. The best gift was a selfmade picture with a huge red heart from my daughter, beside a “Schwibbogen” (a traditional german christmas decoration with little lights on the top) both gifts on position one. The absolutely worst: I don’t think I recieved any because every gift is coming with love, so even if you don’t like it it’s nice that you got it.

  2. In 2008, my father gave my mother and I a two week cruise to Alaska. It was a trip of a lifetime!

    Thanks,
    Tracey D

  3. The best was a train trip through Europe with my love. The worst was some article of clothing that wasn’t my style.

  4. My best gift is the digital camera I got from my son this year. He bought it with his own money & he was so proud. My worst was when I didn’t get any gifts. Hope everyone had a great holiday.

  5. The best gift I’ve ever received was meeting my husband, and the worst was an ironing board!

    Blessings,
    Rhonda

  6. My best gift was my digital camera from my mom. My worst gift was a vaccum cleaner from my ex, which is one reason he is my ex lol!

  7. Best gift was the fee to a dating service from my friends! I wasn’t expecting that one, but it just proves how much they love me to do that for me. Worst gift was when someone gave me a gift that was actually something she borrowed earlier from me!

  8. The best was a winter hat with polar bear ears on it… the worst, a huge stuffed hippo!

  9. The worst was a hand held vac. To date the best was a huge GC to my favorite store.

  10. best gift was a large box filled with lots and lots of books I wanted. Worst was a Christmas sweater that I received on Christmas day.

  11. My best present was meeting my Dad for the first time just before my 10th birthday.

I’ve been lucky enough never to receive a really horrible present but both my mother and my mother give me stuff that they don’t want themselves but was ‘So pretty’ or ‘Such a bargain’ that they just had to buy it.

  12. My best gift was this year…it was a $50 GC to Amazon to buy books. I have asked for that for years and never received one until this year.

The worst gift was an umbrella from my Aunt.

  13. I guess clothes I never wear count as “worst” gifts, right? I really should go through my closet and donate them.

My friends know me pretty well (or I’m pretty easy to please), so all their gifts are fairly spot-on…so I’d say the gifts that were hand-made were the best. 🙂

  14. The best gift I ever received was my e-reader a few years ago. The worst gift I ever received was a pair of size 1 jeans my husband bought me to wear home from the hospital. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and he thought I’d bounce right back into my pre-pregnancy size.

  15. Best gift was mismatched napkin rings, they were best because they were from the heart. The worst… an engagement ring. It was worst because later I was told he really didn’t want to give it…

  16. I got a car one year, that I think has to be the best. The worst is that people always get me pink clothes…I hate pink.

  17. The best gift I’ve ever received was a handmade ornament from my mom. It’s fantastic and I still love it!

  18. A new wedding band to replace the one I had broken.

  19. My boyfriend of 11 years bought me a car for our first Christmas together! It was the best present ever! The worst gift I ever received was an ugly pair of socks!

    Chris M

  20. Best gift, this 4 inch mattress topper! 🙂

Worst gift, porcelain house when I don’t collect them and have no use for one.

  21. The best gift I’ve received was time with my family and Chapters.Indigo Gifts cards so I can buy all the book my little heart desires (well, a few anyway!) The worst? Second Hand Christmas Decorations. I am so not kidding! I get a “new” second hand decoration every year. lol, So you think the mother in law is trying to tell me something?

  22. Teh best gift I ever got would be my oldest son who was born just days before Christmas and the worst was a used movie.

    Gabrielle

  23. The best:tThe first Christmas I was married my new husband bought me a bicycle so we could go in the summer all around the bicycle paths together, that was great.
The worst: a few years ago, my husband picked a set of pots and pans, green. I’m not quite sure why.

  24. best gift-a neclace with alot of sentimental value.
    worst gift-a blender.

  25. I got two tickets one year for the play The Phantom of the Opera!

  26. The best gift – Man there are so many because my daughter loves to do crafts. I guess if I had to pick just one it would be a heart necklace that my kids gave me.

The worst gift – a men’s toiletry bag from a vendor at work.

  27. Best would be a pair of riding boots when I was in high school.
Worst would be a package of men’s ties.

  28. I’ve received many really great gifts, but the worst one I ever received was from an old boyfriend- he bought me a subscription to Playboy magazine. He thought that since looking at the pictures put him in the “mood”, it was really a gift for me to enjoy 🙄 I know, what an idiot, LOL!

  29. The worst was one of those plastic dancing flowers that are sound activated. I only bring it out when the person who gave it to me visits.

  30. The best gift ever was a sapphire and diamond bracelet from DH.

  31. The worst thing for me was not for Christmas. It was in July of this year. I lost my husband of 30 years to lung cancer.

The best was having my family together for Christmas and watching my grandkids open their gifts. It was very strange without my husband but I had my family together.

  32. The best gift this Christmas was an e-reader… in years past, was always seeing my grandparents… the worst gift was a ceiling fan!?! I do not know why I got that… 😐

  33. Best gift I’ve received so far is a new computer this Christmas.
    🙂
    Happy Holidays!

  34. Best present ever… there have been a few. I will have to go with a birthday present. One year my wife gave me for my birthday a couple of David Bowie tapes and our son. That was a pretty crazy birthday.

Worst gift is a toughie. I don’t dwell on them much. Although there was the year my wife’s aunt gave me a bottle of Avon cologne. No cologne in it, just a blue glass horses head bottle. With my acute scenes I had a migraine shortly after unboxing it. Yeah, it did not come home with us. 😉

  35. Best Gift: An unexpected and sizable check (I’m obviously the sentimental type).

Worst Gift: Ready? Re-gifted box of candy from the previous year!!! And unbelievably, I was one of several to receive this stale, powdery chocolate. These “gifts” were given by financially comfortable relatives who supposedly do not hate us.
Please tell me, who keeps gourmet chocolate in their pantry for a year without being tempted?
That’s not normal, right? Just give it away already (not re-gift). And do that while it’s still fresh!

  36. What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? The worst?

Hmm there’s to many i like… I got a baby dino aka tiger salamander larvae i love it it is so cute and likes to play… and my ipod touch its awesome!!

  38. The best gift I had for Christmas was 21 years ago. My daughter decided to be born early so that we could have the whole family together on Christmas day (she was due to be born on Christmas eve :S).

  41. The best gift I have ever received was a 40th b-day/belated honeymoon 2 week tour of the magical isle of Eire/Ireland with my husband and the kids got 2 weeks of beach and camping with their grandparents, it was truly as beautiful as my imagination and pictures had made it out to be, a worst gift would have to bea train whistle bank the boys got at a gift exchange, they love it, just too noisy for me

  42. The worst was a set of pots – I mean, hey, I buy them myself I don’t want them as a present! what does that say about me? I should cook more often? *sigh*

  43. A vaccum cleaner..LOL That should not be a gift..A gift should be personal or something you really want as gift. Like books..

Best, the birth of my daughter, son and granddaughter.

  44. The best gift I ever received: This year my youngest daughter informed me that as of July I’m going to be a grandma. The worst: not really a gift. My husband died in 2001 the day after Thankgiving. Not really a Merry Christmas that year.

  45. The best gift I ever received would have to be seriously, a set of the classics of literature that my cousin gave me when I was 8. It had Black Beauty, The Secret Garden, Sherlock Holmes, etc. I’ve Always had a passion for reading!
The worst gift would have been 14 years ago my father passed away right after Christmas, as in he went in the hospital on the 27th and passed away on the 30th. As if being 13 & just moving to a new town 6 mths before wasn’t bad enough!

  46. The best gift I received was last year when my oldest daughter gave me a little white stick that said positive and informed me I was going to be a grammie. She had ovarian cancer in March, had and ovary removed and was told she had might never get pregnant. TuesDae’ Rain was born in August. 🙂

  49. the best gift i ever received was a puppy, the worst gift i got was a snoppy watch.

  50. The best gift is now a snuggy…stupid but it works. The worst gift is a book I already have.

  51. The best gift was a grandson and the worst was a bread machine.

  52. Gift cards to Barnes and Noble. You can never have enough books.

  53. The best gift was a heart bracelet with my name engraved on it from my parents. The worst was a cheap T-shirt with the price tag still on it.

The worst – kitchen towels from my ex-MIL

  55. The best gift ever was the netbook I got this year. I’ve wanted one for a couple of years.

The worst was a pink grandma sweater that I got when I was 15.

  56. I am 41 yrs old. The best gift I ever got was for my 16th Birthday. My mom bought me contact lens. I hated glasses and started wearing them in Grade 1. For the first time in my life, I finally felt pretty.
Course now there are awesome glasses to choose from but not then.
    Best gift I ever got!

  57. The best gift was hearing the words “no cancer” present from the oncologist after my most recent test.

The worst gift… can’t think of any ’cause the best tops them all.

  58. Firstly i want to say thank you for running this fantastic giveaway.

My best presant ever was when we were told that the tumour in my aunts head was benign, it was a huge relief.

My worst is this year as my mum hat an arterial biopsy on her head & was supposed to get the results on Christmas eve but due to the holidays they have been delayed. Not knowing what it wrong with my mum is bad enough but to be left hanging at christmas was worst.

My best & worst Presants were not physical objects but they have a strong presence in my life just like a physical item has for others.

    Good Luck Everyone. xx

  59. When the kids were small, we would give them money and take them to the 99 cent store and a list of family members. They would pick out stuff to give, go home and wrap it themselfs. One year I got a hot pink heart shaped egg flipper. Still have it. The worse gift was bubble bath.

  60. Best gift, hmm, I think was the externl hard drive my sister got me. I was searching for one to archive all my files and I couldn’t find one I liked that felt portable, my sister found one that’s like a book and it’s amazing! I love that HD!

  61. Best gift – an antique Hoosier cabinet
Worst gift – nothing ( which I get more often than not!) so to me something is better than nothing no matter what it is!

  62. My husband and I had tried to have a baby for a long time. I found out a few days before Christmas 4 years ago that I was pregnant. I’ve got a wonderful son who was my best Christmas present ever. I can’t think of a single present that I would consider worst ever.

  63. My best gift was my ebook reader. I have a lot of fun withit.

  64. Best gift ever was my diamond butterfly necklace when my son was born. Worst…clothes that were 4 sizes too big…way to make me feel good.LOL

  65. One of my best gifts happened this year…

I entered a contest through Hay House publishing, forgot about it, and then saw an e-mail with the prize winners. And… I, who never wins anything, won the grand prize: airfare to Tampa, hotel, and weekend conference passes for I Can Do It! for two. My friend and I had a blast!

My worst present came several years ago. My mother gave me 6 bottles of water for Christmas. Money wasn’t tight, it made sense to her… but it fell flat!

  66. Best gift? My uncle home for Christmas last year after spending almost a year in the hospital. Can’t get any better than that

  67. I always get great clothing, but shoes usually don’t go well. But that’s what gift return is for…

  68. Best gift was my Kindle, not sure how I survived without one.

  69. The best gift I ever got was this year for Christmas. This year money has been a little tight and my husband and I decided not to buys gifts for each other. The day after Christmas my son, produced a box with a sweet little necklace that he’d spent his Christmas money on all for me! It was the sweetest thing and has to be one of my proudest moments as a mom. Part of me wanted to scold him because I wanted him to be able to spend his money on himself, but what more as a parent can we want from our children than for them to be so selfless.
The worst present – I really can’t think of any. Thanks for the opportunity to share my proud moment.

  70. The best gift I ever received as the small sapphire ring my parents gave me the Christmas I was 10. It meant a lot to me to get it and I still wear it.

The worst gift was a regifted cosmetic case I received at a white elephant party this year.

  71. One of the best gifts I ever got was a pair of black kitty slippers that I got on Christmas Eve one year. The worst was some really bad body wash that just smelled soooo bad. lol

  72. The second best gift was getting engaged Christmas Eve. The best gift I ever received was my oldest son being born on 12/22 three years later!

  73. My best gift would be our puppy this year and the worst would be the puppy when she wakes me up at 2am. LOL

  74. My best gift would be my tickets to Seattle to visit my old employers. My worst gift would be when my brother gave me bras as a teen. LOL

  75. The best gift recently was a handmade and illustrated book from our daughter retelling a special family day together. One of the worst gifts? A used waffle iron.

  76. The BEST gift I have ever received was, of course, my daughter 😉

The worst gift… hmm.. that’s harder. I’m usually pretty explicit about what I want… when I was a kid my dad bought me an aquarium because he was into the hobby and thought it was great. I never managed to have a surviving group of fish in mine, even goldfish. I hated it, lol!

  77. My best gift was my mom coming to visit me for Christmas this year. We haven’t spent Christmas together in 6 years. The worst was a pair of tacky earrings

    Happy New Years!!
    sasluvbooks(at)yahoo.com

  79. My best my engagement ring or my upgraded one twently years later. My worst gift would be for my 40th bday. I got nada nothing bupkis. Not sure what happened with everyone. Maybe they thought they were being nice but it was awful. Hubby paid dearly for it.

  80. The best gift I’ve ever received is book gift certificates. The worst is a hideous looking coin box!

  81. The best gift I have ever gotten is when I get cash for a present or something specific I have asked for.

The worst is when my mom buys me clothes…she always picks out something that I can pretty much guarantee that I will NEVER wear if I can get away from it. She either buys it too big or too small or it is so not me. I do not have the heart to tell her this though. Most years she just gives me money so…

  82. The best gift I ever got was a 60″ projection screen T.V. as a thank you for giving my neighbor work when he was laid off. It wuld have been rally hard for him to get it from NJ to Florida, anyway.

The worst gifts have probably been the horrid sweaters my grandfather’s 3rd wife would give me for my birthday, which is in July!

  83. Best gift: My youngest coming home from Iraq safe and sound and complaining of how bored he’d been.

Worst gift(s): My ex had a habit of buying gifts for who he wanted me to be and not who I was. The Christmas that he gave me black suede boots with 4″ stiletto heels and dainty little stud earrings took the cake, though. They were lovely gifts, don’t get me wrong. They simply were not gifts for a woman who never wore any heel higher than 2″ and only wore dangly earrings and it made me wonder if he actually really looked at me, ever, or even listened when I told him exactly what I wanted.

  84. Christmas 2009 is my best ever. My hubby and teenage son prepared, cooked, and burnt everthing. They defrosted some ground meat and we ate hamburgers. We told some bad jokes, laughed and took our time.
The worst Christmas is when I had my husband’s family over. I forgot to turn the oven on. The turkey and stuffing was uncooked. Somehow, hors’deurves for dinner just didn’t cut it. Being Irish, I saw humor in my bad situation and laughed until I cried. The day after Xmas I was still laughing while I ate hot turkey.

  85. My best gift was a beautiful bride doll from my grandmother when I was five years old. The worst gift was a fruit cake.

  86. My kids took me to Graceland for Mothers day a few years ago. That was a fab gift. I don’t have a worst gift because it’s the thought behind the gift that counts.

  87. The best gift was the channel set multi-colored sapphire ring my hubby got for me many many years ago. The worst gifts were the awful dark grey cardigans my mom always used to get for me when I was a kid.

  88. Best gift was my husband asking me to marry him. Worst gift was my vac. Like I wanted to clean more.

  89. best gift ever wa sthe rocks from my 3 yr old nephew who wante dto give me something special the rocks all women love pperently to a 3 year old thats rocks from the drive way made me cry really causehe thoughtfully picked out those rocks

worst gift eer half eatin lifesavers in an opened christmas box

  90. I think that my best gift was my digital camera that I got this year. One year I got underware from my brother…he’s very stange thankfully he is married now and his wife does the shopping.

  91. The best gift was a beautiful necklace and mouse cookie cutter that came as a complete surprise. The worst would be the BB Gun.

  92. The best gift I received was a beautiful rose ring from my hubby for our 10th wedding anniversary. The worst was a T-shirt of questionable design.
