Today’s book……
Defined by magic. Ruled by desire.
In the Court of Edaeii, magic-imbued Evangeline is rewarded for her gift in manipulating emotion with a sapphire stone set into the perfect curve of her lower back. Her greatest rival in the royal court is the enigmatic Anatol, instilled with the power of illusion. He may better her in magic, but he is her absolute equal in passion.
They share something else—they’re both targets of low-born revolutionaries bent on overthrowing the palace of the privileged few. Rescued from the mobs by Gregorio, the brilliant revolutionary mastermind, they’re given sanctuary. But in this warm refuge, Evangeline soon finds herself torn between the magic of one man she has always desired, and the excitingly new and radical moves of another. For her, there is only one choice.
Evangeline, Anatol and Gregorio come together as one to explore the possibilities of love beyond reason, and to indulge in pleasure without limits.
Answer in the comments for a shot at a copy of Jeweled. Don’t forget to check back tomorrow to see if you won.

I just became aware of the Argeneau series by Lynsay Sands and am reading it out of order but I LOVED Single White Vampire. It had me laughing so much (especially the trying to get condoms scene) that my husband got ticked off.
by Viki S. March 30th, 2011 at 9:24 amWhoa! Tough call!
Well for me I think I just got done rereading Embrace the Night by Sherrilyn Kenyon and then Dance With the Devil before that. Let me just say that I loved both of those books.
There was also a moment after I got done reading that I thought to myself “I’d forgotten how much I liked that book!”
Vicki? Lynsay Sands is awesome I’ve only read one book in the Argeneau series so far but it was really good! If you like comedic vampire reads here’s another series you might want to look into if you haven’t already read it.
It’s called the Dark One series by Katie MacAlister, and it’s very humorous especially the one entitled Sex,Lies, and Vampires. I loved that one!
by Gabrielle J. March 30th, 2011 at 9:35 amGabrielle – Thanks for the tip. I’ll check it out. Sometimes I like to throw a little humor in w/my reading. Sort of like how I mix in YA’s every few books.
by Viki S. March 30th, 2011 at 9:39 amI’m a big fan of Lora Leigh and her Breeds series so I recently bought some of her earlier harder to find stories. One of which was Elizabeth’s Wolf, which I loved because it had answered some questions I had. Since I read the newer books first I already knew the characters but it was great to go back and get more of their story. The books do cost a little more since they are out of print and aren’t[‘t that easy to find but it was definitely worth the extra cost.
