Master of Dragons, by Angela Knight
Book 8 in the Mageverse series
The last time fairy princess Nineva Morrow engaged in magic, evil forces rendered her an orphan–isolated and incapable of trusting in anyone’s survival. But after years of hiding on Earth, she’ll use her powers once more–and attract more knights than she can handle.
Want a chance to win it? Comment and answer the question below. Iโll draw a winner tomorrow morning. One entry per person, please.
If you had to emigrate from your current country, couldnโt live there anymore at all, where in the world would you choose to go?
My answer: That oneโs easy, weโd move to Belgium because that’s where my husband’s family lives.
THIS CONTEST IS NOW OVER
That is soo easy! I have had an obsession with Ireland for the longest time and before I die, I WILL go there ๐
by crystal adkins September 23rd, 2008 at 5:01 amIreland, probably.
by JACKIE YOUNG September 23rd, 2008 at 2:14 amScotland or Ireland.
by Stacie Mc September 23rd, 2008 at 2:39 amProbably Scotland, though it would be a tough sell to convince my husband. He’d want to go to the wilds of Canada.
by Shirley September 23rd, 2008 at 4:52 amComing from a German background I was thinking of Germany, but then my thoughts turned to the sandy beaches of the Bahamas where I could relax on the beaches with a refreshing cool drink in one hand and a book in the other during the days….hmmm! Sounds awful tempting to me!
by Shari C September 23rd, 2008 at 4:57 amI would love to relocate to Australia with the kangaroos and koalas mate. ๐
by sara hurt September 23rd, 2008 at 5:38 amAustralia for me, too.
by May B. September 23rd, 2008 at 5:57 amThe most obvious answer for me is Canada since it’s only an hour drive east. However, if I had to immigrate anywhere, I think maybe Spain or somewhere south of the border.
by Jackie (Literary Escapism) September 23rd, 2008 at 6:08 amIf being practical, would choose a country that has free health insurance and medication coverage, as well as one that actually pays mothers to stay home with their children, and also pays to have a helper come in to assist with housework and childcare. I believe France is one of the countries in which this is an actual fact of life!
by Jen Pieber September 23rd, 2008 at 7:11 amOn a pure enjoyment or selfish motivation, I would move somewhere in the Caribbean (where I have never been, but seen wonderful pictures!) where life could be slow, carefree and beautiful every day.
I would move to England–I grew up there and still have family there so if I couldn’t live in the U.S. anymore, I would return to England.
by Preye September 23rd, 2008 at 7:17 amI would choose canada Nova scotia.. been there many times and it is a truly beautiful place. By the way LOVE angela knight books!!!!! ohhhhhhhhh this series is truly awesome!
by Tinab September 23rd, 2008 at 7:41 amWell, the practical choice would be Canada. Where I’d *like* to go would probably be France.
by Nicola O. September 23rd, 2008 at 8:04 amGood morning Anya,
England or Australia for me! Probably Australia as I dislike the cold.
Thank you,
by Susan Bussey September 23rd, 2008 at 8:09 amSusan B.
SCOTLAND!
by Mel K. September 23rd, 2008 at 8:10 amI would move to Scotland. My family is from there, several generations removed, and I think it would be so kewl to be able to live in the HighLands of Scotland. The land is so beautiful and the culture is amazing. Yup, Scotland would definately be my choice if I had to leave here.

by Dianna Fryer September 23rd, 2008 at 8:13 amI already of the book – vey good – so no need to add me to the contest.
As for what country – english speaking one – I suck at learning languages – and it has to be low on poisons repitles (that eliminates Australia and New Zealand) so most likely Ireland, Iceland (everyone speaks english there) or Belize ( even though they have reptiles its goregous and the diving is amazing) so that is my complicated answer! ๐ ๐
by MarnieColette September 23rd, 2008 at 8:46 amScotland or some island like the Bahamas
by Kimmy L September 23rd, 2008 at 8:49 amIf I had to emigrate from my current country, couldnโt live there anymore at all, where in the world would I choose to go?
The choice would be either Scotland or Ireland because those two places have just been calling out my soul. Perhaps I’ve lived there in another life.
by Raonaid September 23rd, 2008 at 8:55 amI would like to go to Scotland. There is such beauty in the land and great history. I love history. Plus you are pretty darn close to other great places to visit.
by Rebekah E. September 23rd, 2008 at 9:02 amI would choose Australia. Great weather, culture and lifestyle.
by CrystalGB September 23rd, 2008 at 9:12 amBut I already did that… three times
Frankly, right now I don’t have an answer–even a flippant answer! Sorry ’bout that, chief.
by azteclady September 23rd, 2008 at 9:20 amI would love to go to Ireland, so I guess that would be my choice! ๐
by Colleen September 23rd, 2008 at 9:32 amprobably Canada.
by Larena Wirum September 23rd, 2008 at 10:02 amHi Anya, I would pick Ireland. I am technically an Irish lassie, so learning about my heritage would be a big bonus.
by Cathy M September 23rd, 2008 at 10:09 amI would move to Tahiti. For some reason I’ve always thought of that as my “escape place.”
by DonnaB September 23rd, 2008 at 10:11 amI think I’d like to live in Scotland.
Rhonda ๐
by Rhonda Barnes September 23rd, 2008 at 11:22 amCanada. I grew up there and have always liked the more integrated population.
by Anne Jones September 23rd, 2008 at 11:25 amGuess as I hate spiders (and they have deadly ones) it won’t be
by Ilona September 23rd, 2008 at 11:25 amAustralia for me.
Actually I wouldn’t mind going back to Germany. My mother came from there, I love the food and I sort of speak the language ๐
In hopes of finding Gerard Butler and James MacAvoy lookalikes, I would definitely want to go to Scotland.
by Jody F. September 23rd, 2008 at 11:28 amhahaha good question!
scotland
by becky September 23rd, 2008 at 11:32 amI’d want to go to Italy, hands down. But the language… so maybe New Zealand. Or Taiwan. Some place nice – I think New Zealand sounds wonderful right now.
by limecello September 23rd, 2008 at 11:42 am(Oh and please don’t enter me in the drawing for this book. I’m pretty sure I already have it. ๐ Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in.)
Ireland baby… Ireland
by Lyda September 23rd, 2008 at 11:55 amMaybe Canada being it would be the least different but France (my husband was born there) would be nice or even Sicily (my ancestry) although there would be some language problems lol.
by catslady September 23rd, 2008 at 12:05 pmI would go to Italy!
by Teresa W. September 23rd, 2008 at 1:00 pmI would like to live in either England or Australia. The weather in Australia is nicer, but I’ve always been fascinated with England.
by Jane September 23rd, 2008 at 1:20 pmSince in the instance of mass emigration Scotland would apparently be overpopulated, I think I’ll head to Italy. Love the food, love the view, love the culture and I (mostly) speak the language.
by sadieloree September 23rd, 2008 at 1:48 pmOf course, I’d have to overcome my pension for Fellini-esque fountain bathing. *g*

Sorry about the double post, I thought I had caught it before I clicked submit. Bugger.l
by sadieloree September 23rd, 2008 at 1:50 pmI would have to pick Canada because they have the most similar government. I would love to visit many places and live there for awhile…a year or two but for long term I would want something closer to what I’m used to.
by Michelle B. September 23rd, 2008 at 1:58 pmI have family all over the place so I think I would someplace in europe.
by Heidi September 23rd, 2008 at 2:16 pmOne of the Greek Islands.
by Lilly K September 23rd, 2008 at 3:46 pmI really can’t decide between Ireland or Australia. Really different places, I know but I can’t decide.
by Greta September 23rd, 2008 at 4:12 pmI think I would go to Ireland.
by Estella September 23rd, 2008 at 4:58 pmI’d go south to the US and possibly settle in Seattle which has similar weather.
by Sue A. September 23rd, 2008 at 5:27 pmI’d move to Scotland. Love the accents and the castles. Might have to get hubby his own home somewhere else tho. lol
by Mary Kirkland September 23rd, 2008 at 6:09 pmScotland, it’s beautiful, London, close to us as any or Greece, my heritage.
by Dina September 23rd, 2008 at 6:41 pmI would move to England as everyone speaks English, the culture and the history never stop and it is a great base to travel to Europe.
by Lindsey Ekland September 23rd, 2008 at 7:17 pmScotland. I have a Scot-Irish heritage.
by Virginia September 23rd, 2008 at 7:51 pm
